10. - Infra: DNS calendar.worldapi.org (proxied CNAME via the certbot CF token), certs calendar + components.hybriel (dns-cloudflare), vhosts calendar.conf -> 45005, components.hybriel.conf -> 45006; notes new app -> 45007 (demo on 45000 until switch). Ports in /CONTAINERS/web/README.md.
11. - Loreana: CONCEPT.md (creator verbatim + architect decisions) for calendar, notes, components.hybriel; registry entries (dev loreana, live byrodin).
12. - Tickets: components#1-5 (month view, date picker, range picker, upload one, upload many), calendar#1-4 (month view, ident+events, PWA, reminders offline), notes#1-2 (sidebar+editor, offline sync). Only cross-project blocker kept: calendar#1 <- components#1 (blockers clear only on CONFIRMED -> the architect removes it when components#1 is live). calendar#2-4 on hold (released one by one) after calendar#2 jumped ahead when unblocked.

14. - 18:48 components.hybriel.worldapi.org deployed (#1-#5, gate 49/0; Chrome: 5 components listed, month view Sep->Okt 2026) -> calendar#1 unblocked. notes #1/#2 deployed (gate 42/0), marked.
15. - 19:05 calendar#1 deployed (gate 10/0; Chrome: Sep 2026, Mo-first, next -> Okt, today li.today) -> calendar#2 opened. calendar login needs the creator: register calendar in ident (origin https://calendar.worldapi.org) + key/secret in /CONTAINERS/projects/calendar.worldapi.org/.env. Running now: ident#21, gitoria#17.
16. - 19:40 calendar#2 (ident login + private events, gate 41/0) and gitoria#17 (merge button, gate 157/0) deployed; live: calendar shows 'Log in with ident', gitoria /pulls 200. calendar .env still missing (creator: register calendar in ident). calendar#3 (PWA) opened.
17. - 20:25 Creator: components "bypass the entire system and write fucking javascript files" — every component was a hand-written .js (month-view 33, date-picker 72, range-picker 108, file(s)-upload 57/58 lines); calendar has its own month-view.js, notes has notes-offline.js (322) + sw.js (34). Cause: no rule forbade JS; workers fell back to JS at Hybriel gaps. Fixed the process: scheduler templates/conventions.md "No hand-written JavaScript" (stop + report the Hybriel gap instead), templates/controller.md: any new .js outside plugins/bin/tests = finding false -> fail. Reason commented on components #1-#5 (states untouched). Existing JS elsewhere: login.js (ident selector bridge, hybriel#31 awaiting creator ruling) in tickets/gitoria/notes/calendar, md-editor.js (the existing WYSIWYG).
18. - 21:05 Controller failed calendar#3 (sw.js, pwa.js) and components#2 (date-picker.js) for JavaScript — the new check works. Found: the current hl:web lost the OLD hl:web's offline/PWA support (offline allow-list D38) with the #45 rename -> filed hybriel#95; calendar#3 blocked by it (calendar#4 and notes#2 depend on it too).
19. - 23:15 antcolony Mission 035 (re-vendor hybriel master 13ef4f9b): components (uploads parked, 57/0), notes (42/0), gitoria (157/0 + push 46 + ssh 44; 411 workaround dropped) DEPLOYED; live: hashed /__hl/app.css?v= on all three, /file-upload 404, DATE PICKER FIXED live (arrival=2026-09-17). calendar re-vendored but not deployed (gate flaky 50% due to its month-view.js) -> calendar#5 (use the pure-Hybriel component), calendar#3 on hold until then. ident + tickets STOPPED on new Hybriel bugs -> hybriel#103 (nested if insertBefore), #104 (if-built element child order); ident restored, changes in .scratch/035-wip. components#2 -> awaiting creator (works live), #7 (own styles) opened, blockers #102/#95 removed. worldapi-tokens/tokens.hl import -> hl:web/css. Stale upload folders on Byrodin moved to /CONTAINERS/projects/components-stale-20260925.
20. - 23:50 calendar#5 deploy REFUSED: gate 11/2 twice ('Log in with ident' missing signed out, then null classList). Cause: antcolony mission 035 re-vendored calendar WHILE the #5 session built in the same folder (22:37-22:55) — my coordination gap (035 only checked sessions before each app). #5 sent back open with the failure. Lesson: pause the scheduler (or hold that project's tickets) while an architect mission touches a project folder.

23. - 00:05 calendar#5 deployed (gate 44/0; live: hashed CSS, login button, paging OK; only login.js JS left). Filed calendar#6 (server English vs browser German names). calendar#3 (PWA) opened.
24. - 00:25 Deployed components (#8 md editor, #10 code editor; gate 119/0; no JS) and calendar (#6; 44/0). Live tests by typing: md editor keeps typed markdown markers ('# # Heading', '- - two'), code editor doesn't type over auto-closed brackets, calendar#6 first page shows '09 2026' + dots (names only after paging) -> all three sent back open with exact findings (not put in the creator's inbox). calendar#3 (PWA) not started yet.
25. - 02:10 calendar#6 deployed (45/0; live: German names on the first page and after paging) -> marked. components deploy REFUSED 131/1: 'today is marked (browser date)' after midnight (server vs browser date) -> filed components ticket; md editor #8 / code editor #10 fixes wait for that deploy.
26. - 02:40 calendar#6 had patched the vendored framework (plugins/web LOCAL PATCH: acceptLanguage) — not caught (rule covered JS only). Anton took hybriel#105 (headers = null). Conventions + controller now also forbid changes under plugins/ and bin/. Cleanup noted in STATUS.
27. - 02:45 calendar#3 (PWA) opened (calendar#5/#6 live).
28. - 02:50 calendar#3 was blocked by hybriel#96/#97 (fixed on master, awaiting creator) -> blockers removed, comment; scheduler picks it up.
29. - 03:00 calendar#3 PWA deployed (48/0); live Chrome: manifest via hl:web, sw.js active, installability errors none, offline reload shows the calendar -> marked. calendar#4 opened with the architect's scope: notifyAt/notifyIn while app/worker alive; push for closed app later via ident#8.
30. - 04:05 calendar#4 reminders deployed (70/0; no new JS, no plugin changes; live: still installable, sw active, offline reload OK; calendar .env now exists = creator registered it). Filed calendar#7 (offline-added event edited again -> duplicate) and hybriel#106 (let in while loop shared by closures). All 4 calendar steps done; calendar#7 next.
31. - 04:20 calendar#7 (offline-added event edited again) deployed (70/0 incl. the browser offline flow); fix proven server-side only (live test needs a login) - creator's test decides.
32. - 08:10 antcolony Mission 037 done: components (132/0), calendar (76/0; LOCAL PATCH gone, headers=null; de/en/fr names live; #106 timer workaround gone; PWA still installable+offline), notes (42/0) DEPLOYED on master e6720b1f. gitoria ROLLED BACK to 13ef4f9b (new client pulls Firefox users back mid-navigation) -> hybriel#107 filed. Scheduler started. #94 blockers removed from components #4/#5/#9 with emit-based instructions.
33. - 17:55 calendar#8 verified by the architect (gate 76/0; the check was wrong: exact 4 -> at least 4; timeouts widened, Loreana load ~30-41). SWITCH STARTED: scheduler stopped (antcolony#24 killed -> #28 bug, restarts later).

36. - 05:30 antcolony mission 069: re-vendored Hybriel master 8efba065 (#126, #48). Lambda audit: no `&` needed. Gates 78/0 + 18/0. RSS (200 loads + 200 pagings, live copy) old 1620 MB → new 384 MB. Not deployed.
37. - antcolony mission 072: re-vendored Hybriel master 190aa11d (GC correctness, #127). Gates 78/0 + 18/0. RSS live copy 200+200: new 215 MB (old 376 MB); 1000+1000: 233 MB, flat. Not deployed by me.
